services are hosted over the
internet, and billed on a monthly basis. There is a one-time setup fee to get your account initially
configured in our data center and your staff trained on the system.
Our pricing, unlike a lot of what you see out
there, is very simple. There are no hidden costs.
We offer a significant discount: Pay
for a year and get two months service free.
Additionally, it should be factored
in to your thinking that Wellworks Marketplace Store Owners receive
commissions on all eCommerce sales.
As a
result, it is very possible for a well marketed store to more than pay for the
entire Wellworks service fee!

For customers who already have a Wellworks Manager equivalent system
(Accounting/Scheduling/POS/Etc.), Wellworks Communiqué Plus Marketplace can be
purchased separately from the Wellworks Centre suite. The bundle includes a
monthly hosting fee that allows emailing up to 2500 people monthly to opt-in
email addresses.

The Wellworks Centre Setup Fee includes 3 one hour
online/phone or Webinar training sessions. The base monthly service
fee is business site specific, meaning for multi-studio businesses the fee is
required for each studio, and includes 3 connected PC's to the service per site. There is
an additional "per
seat" fee for each PC connected after the first three.

Training: As part of the one time set up fee Wellworks
Centre comes with 3 one hour online/phone training sessions. We have found
that usually that's more than enough training. If you require more training
or you hire a new employee and would like us to train them there is a
$150.00 training fee. Please ask your trainer should you need this.
Wellworks Communiqué comes with an initial setup of 30 minutes, and includes
very easy video training available 24/7. Our customers find the video
training more than sufficient to become very proficient with the newsletter
system.
The Wellworks Guarantee:
Wellness Business Systems tries to make every option available for you to make
sure the Wellworks Suite is a good solution for your
business. We provide you with many opportunities to see if it is right for you
before your purchase. This includes reading information on what Wellworks Online
does on our web site, a 10 minute demonstration of Wellworks Online on our web
site, opportunities to interact with Wellworks staff by asking questions via
phone and email, and our 30 day's FREE allows you thirty days to see what
Wellworks can do and ask questions while you review.
That said for whatever reason there may be
times where our customers are not 100% satisfied. And we offer the Wellworks
Guarantee. Some refund is available after 30 days of the purchase of Wellworks.
The refund would be based on your initial purchase price less fees for training,
database importation and/or data hosting set up and services provided for the
first month. In most cases that would be 50% of your set up fee and your first
month subscription fee.
P ricing
guarantee: Just
prior to the end of the each year we review our pricing strategy for the
following year. New customers within the last 3 months of the calendar
year are guaranteed no price increase through the end of the following year.
