What reporting is available on the success of our email campaigns?

Communiqué History includes the following information: # Emails Sent, Delivered Rate, Open Rate, Click Rate,  Advertising Click Count and Marketplace Sales Totals. 

A unique benefit found in the Communiqué History is the ability to "tag" customers based on their clicking behavior and remarket to them immediately.

Can we send to multiple lists we have?

Creating and maintaining lists in your Communiqué data is easy. 

• You actually only maintain one master list, but you can assign multiple categories to any/all names in your list.  These category assignments define the "lists" you send to.
• One name you mail to can be on multiple lists and you are only maintaining one record of information.
• List Categories that span multiple names can be added, renamed, deleted and edited within seconds
• Multiple business locations under one management can have customer names all aggregated in one Master list, but easily send different templates to the customers categorized as belonging to each individual business location.

Are we limited in the number of emails we can send out?

If you are including Marketplace advertising in your Communiqués, you can send as many campaigns with as many emails included in each as you wish, with no scaled volume pricing.  If you do not wish to use the Marketplace advertising, there is a limit of 2500 emails sent per month for the base monthly fee.  See our pricing page for more detail on scaled pricing for incremental email volume over 2500 emails per month.

Does Communiqué integrate with the customer data in our existing management system?

Communiqué can import data from just about any management system out there.  If it can export data into excel files or .csv text files, Communiqué can import it.  And the Communiqué system allows you to create recurring import file "mappings" that allow you to import the same data files on a recurring basis with a single keystroke, and your imported data is automatically synchronized with the last data import already in Communiqué.

Does Communiqué send simpler bulletin emails to clients or just monthly newsletters?

Communiqué allows you to quickly send out one of a kind "bulletins" to your customers to keep them apprised of timely information about sales promotions or special events, etc.  You can compose your special messages in applications like Microsoft Word and cut & paste into Communiqué and publish in a matter of seconds.

How secure is Wellworks?

We hear stories almost weekly about computer hackers stealing data from large corporations, and we constantly live with our email addresses getting onto SPAM lists.  The Wellworks suite of products have been designed with this reality in mind, with an emphasis toward architecting our solutions in a way that we can guarantee data security to our customers.  Following are the main security issues you need to be concerned with and the solutions that Wellworks has in place for you and your client's protection:

• Data transmission over the internet - Wellworks Manager is in internet based service, often referred to as an "ASP" service, but unlike others out there is TOTALLY SECURE (we've been told so by professional hackers!), because of the unique cutting edge approach we have taken to cross-internet communications (the RDP protocol).  This RDP protocol is like a "tunnel" that your data can travel through that hackers can't break into, unlike typical internet browser based solutions.  But even more securely, as your data is traveling through the RDP tunnel, it is protected with 128 bit encryption so that even if someone could get to it they couldn't do anything with it. 
• Data hosted on Wellworks Servers - your business data is stored in our data center, not on your PC. This is a first level of security for you: no need to worry about theft or disaster in your business leading to loss of locally stored data.  Our data center is used by major corporations to store and keep safe the most sensitive information.  The facility is physically guarded and protected from malicious intrusion.  The Wellworks Servers are guarded with a dedicated hardware firewall that prevents hackers from being able to see or access them over the internet.  We provide the most stringent "strong password" access to you to log into your accounts, but even once you have logged into your Wellworks application, access to any other areas of our servers or database systems is prevented.
• Email address exposure - when you send Communiqué emails from Wellworks to your clients, your client's email addresses are hidden in the "blind carbon copy" addressing of the email message so that email addresses are not exposed to others.  Your email lists are contained always and only in your Wellworks data tables and never shared in any way with any one else.
• Credit Card processing  -  Wellworks maintains the highest level of compliance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards. Transaction information is transmitted with bank-grade encryption to protect stored transaction data from unauthorized access. Do we have to purchase the entire Wellworks Centre Suite or can we just purchase individual components?

We have many customers who have another Manager "like" system in place (Accounting, Scheduling, Retail POS, CRM), but who very much need and want a powerful newsletter publishing system and an online eCommerce store.  So we have split out Wellworks Communiqué and Wellworks Marketplace as a separate product we call Communiqué Plus.  With Wellworks Communiqué Plus you get all the power of Communiqué and Marketplace, and you can import your own mailing list data easily.

Can we sell our own products or specific products of our choosing in Marketplace?

You are able to insert your own advertising and links into any Communiqué newsletter you send. 

As far as being a part of the rotating advertising available to all Communiqué customers, we work with vendors who are established advertising partners in the LinkShare network of eCommerce vendors.  If you are an established LinkShare vendor and we can be certain that commissions to our customers can be tracked, then we can insert your advertisements into Communiqué for all customers to enjoy.
