What is it?

The Communiqué Referral Rewards Program is a way for you to sell and/or support Communiqué customers and receive 30 - 50% of each monthly service fee for each customer.  Wow.  This can add up pretty quickly! 

 

The monthly service fee for Communiqué ranges from $35 to $49.95 depending on the type of customer.  Let's just take the most discounted $35 rate as an example.  30% of $35 is $10.50. 

 

So bringing 100 customers to Communiqué could mean an extra $1050 of monthly revenue, with NO SUBSEQUENT work after the initial sale!

 

Why are we giving this money away?

Communiqué is growing faster than we can manage and we need help just talking to new prospective customers about how great the product is.  We could hire a sales force, but honestly we find that people like you are the best sales people! 

 

You understand the value of Communiqué, you know how to talk to other small business owners about Communiqué, and you are most likely a respected leader.

30-50% commission is a pretty big spread, so what's up with that?  Well, for simply bringing new customers to Communiqué, we offer 30% commission.  But if you also provide training and support to customers, we offer 50% on-going commission.

 

How hard is it to support Communiqué customers?  Well, if you are reading this, you have probably already been using Communiqué for a while, or know someone who has, and that means you know how easy the Communiqué system is. 

 

Our experience after supporting Communiqué for several years is that there is hardly any support requirement after the initial training.  And most of the initial training is handled by us via online videos and Webinars, so really the support for a Communiqué customer is about 1-2 hours a year, at most. 

 

And whenever there are questions about the product you can't answer, we are always available to back you up.

 

Let's look at the same scenario of 100 customers, but now with a 50% commission: that's $1750 a month for about 3-4 hours a week (200 hours of support divided by 52 weeks) of required support work! 

 

How long would it take you to turn 100 other small business people onto a GREAT product that they are CRAZY NOT TO BE USING?

 

So, what determines the price difference between $35 and $49.95 a month?  Well, we sell Communiqué into a lot of larger organizations, like franchises, and we offer a "group discount rate" for these larger organizations.  The $35 represents our lowest discount rate for large franchises (200+ franchisees) whereas the $49 rate is for individual small businesses who are not affiliated with a larger organization. 

 

If your network of potential customers is part of a larger organization, you may make a little less than if you are selling to individual businesses, however, you are likely to recruit more customers more quickly if they are part of a larger organization and the excitement about Communiqué is spreading quickly.
